CCT Venues-Canary Wharf is the ideal venue for hosting Olympic related events to include press conferences, seminars, training, launches, team headquarters, conferences and parties.
Conveniently located in Thames Quay, a few minutes walk and directly opposite South Quay DLR station and eight minutes from Canary Wharf station. CCT Venues-Canary Wharf, a suitable venue for its location and transport links to all Olympic destinations.
The venue is available in 2012 to be booked in its entirety or can be divided into two separate wings (The East Wing and West Wing) available to different contained client groups.
Services include:-
- Rooms can be set up to meet changing daily requirements for a variety of functions. For example, hospitality, press conference, entertainment etc. The client can brand the space as required and request changes to furnishings. The venue will make available a wide range of conference furniture and arrange additional furniture and equipment to be hired in at cost, if required
- Both suites are located on the second floor. The venue will be secure 24 hours per day and cleaned at four hour intervals when in use
- Reception staff will be provided at the main entrance and second floor reception, whenever the building is in use
- Duty management will be available whenever the venue is in use and on call 24 hours per day
- Each Wing contains exclusive use of high standard ladies, gentleman & accessible toilet facilities
On request and at additional charge, the venue can provide a variety of food and refreshments including:-
- Breakfast, to include a full Continental and English breakfast selection
- Lunch, for example, to include salad bar, soup & choices of hot food including meat, fish & vegetarian options, plus fresh vegetables and dessert
- Dinner to include a selection of plated starters and choices of hot food including meat, fish & vegetarian options, plus fresh vegetables and dessert (different from lunchtime options)
- A full range of teas and freshly brewed coffee, plus biscuits mid morning and cakes mid afternoon, available for all visitors
- Alcoholic and soft drinks plus canapés and finger buffets
