We are looking for an exceptional Event Executive to join our small, highly professional team based at CCT Venues-Canary Wharf (South Quay). The post holder will be responsible for front line communication with clients, co-ordinating events and ensuring that administrative systems and processes are of the highest standard. The post holder will liaise with clients to ensure that they receive excellent levels of customer care.
The role involves handling enquiries, processing bookings (using our computerised booking system KX) and dealing efficiently with all associated administration, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will be an efficient, confident and reliable individual with previous experience in the Events Industry. Strong administrative, verbal & written communication skills, plus at least intermediate word processing and spreadsheet skills, are essential. A positive attitude towards hospitality and sales is also essential.
