Getting Ready to Reopen
A message from our CEO, Caroline Bull
At CCT Venues we are busy preparing for the reopening of our venues as soon as government guidelines on social distancing and in particular, meeting management, are communicated. We miss our clients very much and although remote meetings have been invaluable during the lockdown, we understand more than most the benefit of face to face meetings – even if they have to be at a new distance for a while.
The health, safety and well-being of our clients and staff is of paramount importance and we are determined to provide the safest possible environment and working practices. Our team are working hard to prepare a CCT Venues Safety First Handbook which will detail the steps we will be taking when we reopen.
These steps include:
- Delegate safety, including hygiene and cleaning practices and social distancing measures;
- Operational Management with particular emphasis on safe entry, registration, movement, bathroom management, room set-ups and food and beverage provisions;
- Special packages and longer opening hours to allow additional flexibility;
- The role of technology and hybrid events.
Our Safety First approach is designed with you in mind and we look forward to sharing more details with you very soon.
In the meantime, if you have any questions at all (coronavirus related or not), please don't hesitate to get in touch.
