How much experience do you have in the industry?
"This is my eighth year working within hospitality."
Why do you enjoy working in the events industry/ what inspired you to work in the events industry in the first place?
"The passion and drive for hospitality has been present within me since I can remember. This naturally entwined and filtered through to all aspects of my life, notably my career. I also come from a very large family and have always been the ‘organiser/ go to person’ for all things hospitality from an early age, be it organising events such as reunions or weddings and gatherings."
What motivates you in your job?
"For one, we place focus on looking after our customers. This is rewarding as everyone’s common goal is absolute client satisfaction. I couldn’t explain how much more enjoyable and easier this makes my role in Sales. Secondly, the opportunities are endless. I have a wonderful team that make me extremely proud to work with them every day."
What’s different about CCT Venues compared to the previous companies you have worked for?
"Apart from the aforementioned, I have the pleasure of witnessing first-hand a business where every possibility is considered to ensure that we go above and beyond to meet our clients’ needs. This aspect has been particularly apparent through the very unique social circumstance of Covid-19. Our leadership has opened a different perspective to what I have been accustomed to previously."
