How much experience do you have in the industry?
"I studied events management at university and have been working in the industry since I graduated in 2016."
Why do you enjoy working in the events industry/ what inspired you to work in the events industry in the first place?
"I like the fact that I get to work with and meet so many different people, no day is ever the same. I’ve always been very organised and ever since I can remember I have assumed the ‘planner’ role with friends and family."
What motivates you in your job?
"As mentioned before, I love getting to work with and meet so many different people. I really enjoy building relationships with our clients and making sure they receive the best service possible from start to finish."
What’s different about CCT Venues compared to other venues?
"There really is such a great company culture here. Clients are at the forefront of every decision made to ensure their needs are always met. I’ve found CCT Venues take great pride in looking after their staff too, especially during these current uncertain times."
