Good food and timely refreshment breaks are important components for all events. CCT Venues has a superb and varied food offering.
The function is lead by a highly experienced Executive Head Chef, Jamian Lewis who works with Chefs and Food & Beverage Managers across all venues. CCT Venues offer in-room refreshments, private formal dining or buffet service in one of our contemporary restaurants. Food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients.
Menus are carefully balanced and nutritionally assessed and all special dietary requirements can be accommodated. From sandwich platters in the room, to conference dining, to large multi course banquets, to delicate canapés after your event, CCT Venues have the skills and facilities to cater superbly for your events.
