Will the venue be able to accommodate the number people attending the conference?

Will there be any sound disturbance during the conference?

Your conference should go undisrupted and for your speaker/s to be heard by everyone in attendance they shouldn’t have to compete with any sound disruptions coming from inside or outside of the conference centre.

CCT Venues take sound control into consideration when booking out conference spaces, ensuring that the design of the rooms supports any internal acoustics but also effectively blocks out any external sound disturbance.

Can the venue cater for the conference and if so what options are available?

At any event it’s important to ensure all guests are comfortable and well attended. If your guests become distracted by hunger or thirst they will lose focus, which is why we always recommend scheduling in several timely refreshment breaks.
