Our internationally acclaimed Executive Head Chef Jamian Lewis is passionate about creating menus that are as imaginative as they are delicious – whether that’s for light bites mid-conference or an exclusive evening meal.
Fresh, seasonal produce and mouth-watering flavours are Jamian’s trademark. But he’s also committed to sourcing ingredients from suppliers who meet the highest standards in sustainability and animal welfare.
It means that by hosting your event at one of our London venues, you’ll enjoy an impressive menu and can rest assured that quality and traceability from farm to fork is guaranteed.
Here are just some of the accreditations held by our suppliers...
All our British-sourced meat is certified by the Red Tractor Association. The association’s independent specialists carry out more than 60,000 inspections a year to ensure food that carries its red tractor symbol is traceable, safe and responsibly produced.
Our fish and seafood is certified by The Skippers’ Catch Scheme. That means we can find out not only where the fish was caught and when, but also the name of the boat and even the skipper who caught it. The programme helps to keep local fishing communities alive, while ensuring everything is caught is the most sustainable way.
And if that’s not enough assurance for you, all the fish we buy is Marine Stewardship Council-approved too. The internationally recognised MSC rewards sustainable fishing practices and is on a mission to end overfishing, so that future generations can enjoy the same delicious seafood that we love.
